Role Purpose Statement

Lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering for Energy Solutions, Manufacturing, E-Powertrain, and Special Applications. The role enables data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and enhanced financial performance across all assigned business units.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the assigned business units.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead cost control initiatives and drive margin improvement programs across business verticals.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in alignment with corporate standards.
• Support investment proposals, capex assessments, and ROI evaluations for new initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance, and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of six finance professionals, fostering capability development and high performance.
