Job Description
  • Lead all civil construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, culverts, trenches, and structural steel erection.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring proper implementation at site.
  • Monitor contractor performance, manage work fronts, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) to avoid interface conflicts and ensure seamless construction progress.
  • Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, including conducting safety walkthroughs and participating in toolbox talks and safety audits.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports, including work status, manpower utilization, material issues, and risk mitigation plans to site/project management.
  • To oversee and manage civil and structural construction activities at the project site


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 15–20 years of experience in civil execution within oil & gas (EPC/EPCM) projects
  • Strong experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and structural works at site
  • Familiar with construction management systems, drawings, and field procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, and project tracking Tools
