Job Title: Lead Engineer
Function: IECSeating (Test Validation) Report to: Engineering Manager Pay Band: 3 Location: Pune, India Position Focus: Test Validation Job Description In depth knowledge & proficiency in Regulatory & non-regulatory test & its requirement, Knowledge on product DVP/R & its execution, Quotation Test Feasibility Testing timeline Internal customer interface Co-ordination with External testing agency, Capable to guide & lead test engineers / Sr test engineers, Interpretation of specifications Customer requirements Proficiency in documentation Test procedures, work instructions etc, Report generation Validation Quality System Equipment management Capable to develop new test setup/rigs/process, Maintenance of calibration and Equipment maintenance plan for validation center, Verifying the equipment test utilities and procedures to be used are according to TS 16949 / ISO 14001/ ISO/IEC17025 and the calibration procedures (locally and globally) for all internal and external tests, Qualifications/Requirement BE/ b-tech/Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, 6-9 year in Automotive Industry experience preferably in Seating System, Knowledge of seating systems & vehicle interior must require,
