Profile Requirements:

• Required Engineers with Chemical Engineering Degree

• Minimum 5 Years of experience & out of which, 2 years leading a team of at-least 3~4 engineers under him/her.

• Preferably worked on any simulation platforms – Aspen Plus, Aspen Hysys, UniSim, Visual Modeller, Petro-Sim

• Preferably delivered complete plant simulation model in Steady state or Dynamic simulation, or OTS or delivered any dynamic simulation study

• Should have hunger and adaptive nature to new workflows

• Able to adapt to multi-cultural and multi-tasking environments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• To lead and execute projects

• Building a team & mentoring/leading a Team

• Ensuring successful completion and deliver of Project within project schedule, that meet all design review and internal audit requirements

• Able to keep his / her Team motivated
