1. Academic Leadership & Content Alignment
• Ensure training quality and content relevance through reviews and planning.
• Facilitate contextualization of training material and assessments for Haryana.
• Support the creation and validation of academic documents such as frameworks, blueprints, and question papers.
• Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from field stakeholders and teacher participants.
2. Project Coordination & Implementation
• Lead the implementation of training and assessment events in collaboration with state counterparts.
• Support the planning and tracking of academic deliverables, working with cross-functional teams internally.
• Coordinate field visits, data collection, and documentation efforts.
• Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and project reviews.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact between Ei and government officials.
• Conduct regular check-ins and co-planning meetings with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Present updates and findings to government officials and other key partners.
