Job Description

Job Title: .NET Technical Lead

Required Technical Skills

7+ years of extensive experience in .NET development.
At least 3 years in team leadership or people management.
Advanced proficiency in MVC 5, .NET Core, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices.
Good understanding of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps processes.
Awareness of application security and microservices architecture.
Experience with Sitecore, Umbraco, React, or Next.js is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of complex .NET applications.
Define architecture strategies focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage project timelines, mentor team members, and promote continuous learning and new technology adoption.
