Lead Dotnet Developer

About Position:

We are looking for DotNet Lead Engineer to design high-end applications for our clients. You will be determining the scope of software development projects, collaborating on the development of software applications, and obtaining and integrating end-user feedback.

What You'll Do:

• Lead system architecture and design for enterprise-grade applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Engage with product stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET, focused on Windows desktop and backend systems.
• Proven experience developing Windows Services, WinForms, and/or WPF applications.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server development, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and schema design.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Windows client/server environments.
• Ability to work independently within time-boxed constraints and collaboratively in team settings.
• Demonstrated ownership of features and ability to drive solutions in enterprise applications.
• Exposure to web front-end development (not a primary focus).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking.
• Experience in traditional, on-prem enterprise environments.
