Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at VCQRU Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading the migration and technology upgrade of the flagship product from legacy ASP.NET to a modern stack, preferably .NET Core and React/Angular. You will leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Curser, and OpenAI APIs to accelerate development, automate documentation, and facilitate testing and prototyping. Your responsibilities will include translating intricate business problems into logical algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to redefine the product roadmap, and setting architecture standards and security protocols for the upgraded system. Key Responsibilities: - Lead migration and technology upgrade of the flagship product to a modern stack. - Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance development speed and efficiency. - Translate complex business problems into working solutions. - Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams. - Set architecture standards and coding best practices. - Lead a development team and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Handle end-to-end development and ensure system scalability and security. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Strong logical thinking and algorithm design skills. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools. - Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid database design and transaction management skills. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience in Fintech and SaaS based platform development. - Understanding of security and compliance standards in financial applications. - Exposure to AI tools for code optimization and workflow automation.
