Lead- Direct Tax ( CA must)

Qualification & Experience- CA with around 7 yrs -12 yrs PQE exclusively in Direct Tax

Corporate Tax, Transfer pricing & International Taxation

Industry preference - Any ( Preferably Manufacturing Industry or consulting )

Band- Sr Manager ,Team size - 1 person , Reporting to Head- Taxation

1. Hardcore exp in Direct tax litigation and compliance is required.
2. Tax audit and litigation
3. From any industry 
4. Only direct taxation exclusively 
5. One person will report 
6. Growth path is clear, and team structure is lean

Job responsibilities-

· Handle corporate tax, transfer pricing, international tax

· Represent the company (along-with seniors) before Tax Authorities in audits, investigations, assessments, appeals

· Understand and respond to queries from operations team related to direct taxes

· Coordination and interaction with consultants

· Review & file tax returns

· Track latest developments / changes in direct tax laws and its implications

Work closely with finance team while resolving direct tax related matters etc.

Budget- max upto 38 LPA (Hike as per industry norm)
