Job Description

1Finance and Strategy Responsible for Sales Target with NCR and focus on sales to be generated and closed in High NCR region Ensure linking KAM Head s prospects through large project planning actions Lead and develop Annual Operating Plans to deliver Net Revenue, Share Growth, Key Performance Indicator s (KPI), and Sales Targets Management for Sales teams 2

Liaising Liaison with Local Concrete Plants and third-party labs for QC testing Lead trials through Concrete Technologist and tests in the area of assignment by establishing a good relationship with Local concrete labs
Work in tandem with DM Sales team to gather leads from DM team s visit Identify the Structural Consultants and specifiers and network with them for inclusion in bill of quantities Work in liaison with
Cement Institutional sales and take the customer classification database on monthly basis Act as a SPOC of DIG delivery from plants and have hands on points of freights and coordination to ensure on-time delivery to customer 3
Operations Identify and lead a rate contact with KAM RMC plants in Mumbai and Bengaluru like places Ensure all tests and trials are conducted as per BIS standard in association and guidance with National Head Sales and Marketing Act as an approving repository for all Trial results for implanting learnings in new trials Conduct series of DIG inclusion drive with influencers and convert the activity to sales closure Maintain a clear database of Structural consultants for CRM plan ConduMaintain a Route code and add new route codes before PAN Approval to ease ct customer wise war room in planned manner and convert it to sales out time taken to create SAP Codes for delivery Create and maintain detailed models and forecasts to support both short- and long-term strategic planning for product s sales growth initiatives Take initiatives to inculcate modern techniques and technologies in selling practices like sales intelligence, AI, Machine Learning, etc
Develop an understanding of and stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry 4
Self/ Team Development Lead and manage a team of Concrete Technologists and mentor them for Quality inputs to win projects
Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for team s development Develop the team and update their
knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
