Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced DevSecOps lead with a strong background in cloud automation, orchestration, and platform engineering from Cloud Service Provider (CSP) perspective, The ideal candidate will bring hands –on experience in building and managing the Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and delivering end to end infra structure and security automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and operations of a scalable Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and orchestration layer for cloud environment.
• Develop reusable modules using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or Pulumi to standardize infrastructure deployment across tenants/projects
• Design and manage workflow automation/orchestration
• Build and manage self-service automation catalogues within the CMP to enable tenant provisioning, policy enforcement, and secure onboarding
• Work closely with internal Engineering and compliance teams to develop secure and scalable integration framework
• Cross-Functional Engagement : Alignment with Service Delivery, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure on-time, high-quality launches and ongoing service enhancements.
• Technical fluency in cybersecurity concepts (network security, threat detection, incident response) and comfort working with engineering teams.
• Serve as the security SME during onboarding , critical escalation ,in audits, architecture councils, and strategic cloud initiatives.
• Mentor a team of cloud security engineers and ensure upskilling aligned to industry trends

Key Competencies

• Minimum 8 to 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in DevSecOps or Cloud Automation Role.
• Proven experience in building or managing Cloud Management Platforms (CMP) and orchestrators for multi-tenant/multi-cloud environments
• Expert-level proficiency in IaC tools – Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Pulumi
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell for automation and tooling integration
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) and associated security tooling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership

Educational Level: Professional Qualification such as B.tech/BCA/MCA/MS

Certification : Terraform Associate / HashiCorp Vault / Ansible

Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or equivalent

• Working Experience 8 to 10+ Years with 5+ years in Cloud Automation Role
