About the Role:

Lead – CSA Resource Augmentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire resource augmentation lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source and evaluate candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercials with vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for various roles.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer accounts regarding staffing.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
  • Track resource performance and manage escalations or replacements.
  • Coordinate with internal HR, finance, and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT staffing or resource management.
  • Proven experience in consulting/staffing fulfillment (CSA or similar).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of contracts, billing models, and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT/Consulting staff augmentation.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, or vendor portals.
  • Knowledge of CSA roles and project-based staffing models.
