Lead Coordinator

Location - Rajkot, Gujarat

• Handle calling activities for lead generation, follow-ups, and qualification.
• Maintain updated and accurate lead data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure timely information flow.
• Track the status of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups until closure or next stage.
• Share timely updates with relevant teams and escalate concerns where required
• Support the sales and marketing team by providing structured call feedback and lead insights.
• Ensure professionalism and clarity during every customer interaction.
• Prepare basic follow-up reports and summaries as required.
• Strong verbal communication, Lead follow-up, Outbound calling, CRM tools, Inter-department coordination, Time management, Basic reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
