Lead Coordinator

As an ideal candidate for the role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong drive to convert leads into potential prospects. You will be responsible for managing leads from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of responsibilities to physios and Zonal teams. Your role will also involve facilitating interactions among team members to ensure seamless coordination within the team structure, including reporting heads, zonal teams, and physios. Key Responsibilities: - Handling escalations, if any, at the first level - Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills and the ability to learn ERP systems - Preparing reports, maintaining data, and ensuring accuracy of information - Mentoring lower-level staff members by providing guidance and support - Identifying potential reasons for unallocated leads and addressing them effectively - Working independently, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Ability to commute or relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka before starting work In addition to the core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to avail benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
