To perform skilled physiotherapeutic assessment of patients. To use clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis (Consultation and treatment). Meeting each patient to understand their case & implementation of needful. Meeting all physio to understand their point of view. Case discussion & Train team accordingly Case Analysis Problem Definition Statement of Objective Contingency Plan. Implementation of care plan/assessment/treatment protocol.
