Job Title: Lead Converter – Exports

Location: Guindy Industrial Estate
Department: Sales & Exports
Reports To: Sales Manager – Exports

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Lead Converter – Exports who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in international markets, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience using various CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into prospective customers through emails, calls, and direct interactions.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Engage with international prospects, addressing queries and positioning our products effectively.
  • Draft and send professional sales emails, proposals, and follow-ups to clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information to support conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead-to-order conversion.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion performance and report regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in international/export sales.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM tools (experience with multiple platforms is an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good mathematical and analytical ability to handle quotations and pricing discussions.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with overseas clients via emails, calls, and direct discussions.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in B2B export sales.
  • Exposure to handling clients across different countries and time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
