Inviting applications for the role of Lead consultant - UX / Content Designer What you’ll do here Translate technical field names into clear, dealer-friendly questions, labels, and help text Define wizard flow, page breaks, visual hierarchy, and style guide; ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance Run usability sessions, analyse analytics, and iterate copy/layout for higher completion rates Responsibilities Collaborating with the UX / Content Designer and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. Developing ideas for new programs , products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on standard methodologies, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently Taking lead on projects, as needed The Skills You’ll Bring UX writing/content design; Figma, accessibility tools (axe, Wave) Strong storytelling skills and empathy for non-technical users Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field.
