Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership

• Develop innovative design concepts for large-scale projects (50,000+ sq ft)

• Lead campus-wide and multi-building design conceptualization

• Drive design standardization across multiple locations and project phases

• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across diverse project portfolios

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Conduct C-suite and board-level design presentations

• Manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships (clients, consultants, contractors)

• Lead design risk assessment and mitigation strategies

• Drive workplace transformation concepts and brand evolution initiatives

Technical Excellence & Innovation

• Coordinate integrated MEP design for mega projects

• Implement technology integration in workspace design (smart buildings, IoT)

• Ensure compliance with international design standards

• Lead post-occupancy evaluation and optimization processes 

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and mentor design teams of 5-8 designers

• Foster innovation and sustainability initiatives across the design department

• Drive professional development and design excellence standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery

Project Management & Delivery 

• Oversee phased project delivery and maintain design consistency

• Manage complex space programming for large-scale developments

• Ensure quality standards and timeline adherence

• Lead design reviews and approval processes

Experience Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in premium interior design firms

• 5-7 years of proven concept development for large-scale projects

• Direct experience managing projects valued ₹10-50+ crore

• Track record with multinational corporations and large-scale developments

• Experience leading and mentoring design teams (5-8 designers)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit)

• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and integration

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards
