- Design strategies to attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones by developing tailored solutions to address diverse client requirements, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Formulate plans to achieve financial targets by identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and client solution teams to ensure seamless integration of efforts
- Develop strategies to strengthen the brands market presence and reputation as a leader in innovative workplace solutions.
- Introduce best practices for client engagement, service delivery, and quality assurance.
Business Operations:
- Lead business development initiatives in the region, focusing on acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Act as a representative of the company in the market, establishing a strong industry network and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new bookings to meet business objectives.
- Partner closely with the leadership team and colleagues to manage the entire sales cycle and successfully close deals.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of systems, materials, and resources for business development, including proposals, presentations, and service offerings to secure new opportunities.

Job Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management, with at least 10 years of experience in B2B business development within the workplace design and related industry.
- Thought Leadership: Passionate about influencing industry-leading workplace design and execution strategies.
- Proven Business Development Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding financial targets.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
