Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 Years - 5 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting & outreach, and bidding on freelancing platforms.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn lead generation using Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and sales pitching skills\
• Strong understanding of IT services including SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Content, and Social Media Marketing.
• Ability to convert cold leads into warm prospects and close deals confidently.
• Knowledge of customer success concepts like issue handling, retention, and relationship management is a plus
• Strong organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fluency in additional languages will be an advantage.
