As the Lead Business Development & IP at Swiggy Scenes, you will play a crucial role in expanding the supply base of restaurants and venues hosting events, while also spearheading the creation and implementation of unique IP-led formats in collaboration with internal and external partners. Your primary focus will be on driving supply innovation, enhancing partner performance, and delivering a calendar of engaging consumer-facing events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard restaurants, bars, and venues that offer strong event experiences. - Drive city-level supply expansion by curating upcoming restaurant events and nightlife experiences. - Ensure partner readiness by maintaining complete listing hygiene. - Develop and scale owned IPs for Swiggy Scenes, including seasonal campaigns and thematic dining formats. - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure effective branding and promotions. - Manage relationships with top restaurant partners to secure exclusive listings and upsell opportunities. - Conduct business reviews and performance tracking with key accounts. Key Qualifications and Skills: - 2-5 years of experience in event partnerships, F&B sales, hospitality, or account management. - Industry knowledge in the food industry would be advantageous. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and partner performance analysis. - High energy levels, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
