Role: Project Lead Description: Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for Content Studio feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment activities. Oversee solution design, technical configurations, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage project plans, track timelines, and monitor milestone completion. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and deviations; ensure timely mitigation and escalation. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate regular project status updates, governance meetings, and reporting activities. Ensure adherence to localization standards, regulatory requirements, and content system protocols. Enforce change control processes and ensure compliance with contractual commitments. Must Have 812 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare or life sciences. Proven track record leading SaaS implementations or digital content platform initiatives. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning. Skilled in managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Experience operating under Master Service Agreements with enterprise clients. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications preferred. Strong skills in documentation, presentation, and project reporting. Experience with third-party technology integrations and quality assurance practices.
