Job Description

Lead Business Analyst-ERP systems, Finance modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in Finance with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Procurement
  • A foundational understanding of finance is essential
  • ERP experience is preferred
  • Act as an individual contributor, collaborating with peers, customers, delivery teams, development teams, and quality assurance teams to execute the product roadmap
  • Stay updated on new developments in the domain and ensure that relevant advancements are incorporated into the roadmap
  • Actively participate in the development of business concepts and design reviews
  • Drive and propose solutions that enhance user experience, in alignment with emerging market trends
  • Provide practical solutions and guidance to address issues and queries from various stakeholders

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus
  • ExperienceExperience in customer support or a similar client-facing role (typically 1-5 years)
  • Familiarity with at least one ERP system (eg, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in using ERP software and understanding of its core modules (finance, HR, inventory, procurement, etc)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Database knowledge (eg, SQL) for issue diagnosis
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms is increasingly important
  • Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively
  • Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and client satisfaction

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills- Possess strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in Finance modules like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Procurement.Good to have Skills-ERP Certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Cloud-based ERP familiarity.Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.Continuous Learning Mindset: Staying updated on ERP features and technologies.Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and ability to handle high-stress situations.Attention to Detail for accurate data entry and resolution.
