Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Assist in developing brand standards, DIPs, and artworks for various assets, and coordinate deployment through engineering/project teams
Support branding rollout and monitor brand standards across all touchpoints
Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to formulate brand standards, including rebranding initiatives, and monitor execution as per specifications
Conduct brand audits, publish findings, and track actions for rectification and closure of punch points
Execute branding prototypes and support engineering/project teams with optimization, value engineering, and augmentation of branding assets
Maintain and track usage of all new and existing Intellectual Property/Brand Assets and ensure brand IP protection in the market
Benchmark industry best practices and recommend branding upgrades or improvements
Support brand identity development and ensure consistent execution of finalized identity

Education Requirement

B.E / BTech / MBA / PGDM

Experience Requirement

13 18 years of experience required

Skills & Competencies

Industry Preference: Fuel Retailing, Retail
Strong network with branding agencies and converters
Exposure to branding specifications such as substrates, illumination, flex and backlit materials, ACPs, etc.
Good communicator able to interact at all organizational levels
Knowledge of emerging trends in the digital space and partnerships to implement projects quickly
Skilled in customer, partner, and brand management
Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research
Team management, liaison with external agencies, and maturity in handling cross-functional relations
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Exposure across varied industries and customer segments
Ability to identify effective and efficient solutions for problem areas
High analytical thinking, with an eye for patterns and business-aligned solutions
