- Participate in Workshops with business Team to refine Requirements
- Prepare Analysis Document, API Contract, Data Mapping, Sequence Diagram, EPICs and User Stories
- Interact with Architect and Technical Engineering Lead to prepare above list documents
- Handover Stories to POD
- Resolve queries raised by POD
- Work with Transformation team to build Implementation Guide
- Prepare EPICs, Stories in JIRA
Requirements
- Having 8-10 years of experience in Analysis stream
- Candidate needs to be well versed with the banking domain (Customer onboarding, Payments, Retail Banking, Open banking) including digital/API banking
- This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing, and actively get involved in production issues.
- Participate and contribute to the relevant workshops (business and IT) which aims to clarify requirements and scope definition.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software’s like Jira, Confluence.
- Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories)
- Strong documentation skills are preferred
- Strong experience in stakeholder management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written
- Good time-management skills
