Role Summary

YOptima is looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to own and scale its inbound lead engine, demand generation strategy, and full-funnel marketing initiativesfrom brand to product and content to performance marketing. This role is pivotal in driving awareness, engagement, and high-intent conversions across India and eventually global markets.
You will craft and amplify compelling narratives that position YOptima as the partner of choice for marketers seeking AI-powered, full-funnel growth. You will combine strategic thinking with executional excellence to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through a mix of content, digital, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership: Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion—from TOFU (brand awareness) to BOFU (sales enablement).
• Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, multi-format content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, solution briefs, videos, infographics, and podcasts—tailored to buyer journeys.
• Product & Brand Marketing: Translate YOptima’s capabilities into sharp value propositions. Develop positioning, messaging, and marketing assets that articulate our differentiated value to CMOs, digital leaders, and performance marketers.
• Media Execution & Optimization: Plan and run paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic platforms, and content syndication to drive quality traffic and MQLs.
• Owned & Earned Channel Management: Manage website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and thought leadership across industry forums, publications, and webinars.
• Analytics & ROI Tracking: Measure campaign performance across the funnel. Optimize for lead quality, cost-efficiency, and business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Strong foundation in B2B demand generation, content marketing, and full-funnel strategy.
• Exceptional storytelling, packaging, and messaging skills for digital-first and enterprise audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing marketing operations across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Strategic thinker who’s also a doer—able to prioritize, execute, and iterate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Martech, Adtech, or Digital Media.
• Proven track record in scaling inbound lead engines and running integrated demand-gen campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and scripting skills (short-form + long-form, including podcasts and video content).
• Experience in SEO, LinkedIn paid media, email automation, and content amplification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
