You must have: Proven experience in sales and business development, especially within performance marketing or digital media agencies A strong track record of onboarding high-growth, digital-first brands for performance marketing campaigns Experience engaging directly with founders, growth heads, CMOs or marketing leaders of D2C, SaaS, or app-first businesses Deep understanding of the performance marketing, digital media planning and buying cycle End-to-end ownership of the sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to closing and relationship management A passion for identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, solving growth problems and building lasting client relationships.
