What are we looking for

Hands-on experience with SAP
We are looking for an individual who can work in Legal department
Good knowledge of MS Excel and database management
Detail-oriented individual with strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Legal, Business, Finance)
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to track and close tasks within timelines
Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality

You would be responsible for

Processing vendor bills and checking for discrepancies.
Coordinating with respective business teams to obtain required approvals.
Creating Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) entries and uploading them in SAP.
Tracking payment status and ensuring timely processing.
Maintaining a database of approved vendor rates and ensuring its accuracy.
Following up with Finance/Business/Legal teams to resolve queries.
Supporting audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies in Accounts Payable.
