About Role :
As an Lead Associate - Category Demand Management within our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the demand for various categories of products or services. With an expected experience range of 2 -6 years, you will be involved in analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs effectively.
The role of Lead Associate - Category Demand Management involves closely monitoring market dynamics, collaborating with vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute demand strategies that drive sales and profitability. You will work towards maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring the availability of products that align with customer preferences and demand patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to forecast demand accurately. Create and maintain demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to category demand and inventory management. Continuously evaluate and improve demand forecasting processes and methodologies. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination in demand planning activities. Create dashboards and share business insights
