Job Description

3–5+ years’ experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence, ideally supporting Operations or Continuous Improvement teams.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joins, aggregation, window functions and performance tuning.
Advanced Excel skills (power pivots, Power Query, formulas, data modelling).
Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of DAX a plus.
Practical experience with data cleansing and standardisation techniques for structured and unstructured text (regular expressions, tokenisation, basic NLP/entity extraction).
Familiarity with one or more scripting/programming languages for data manipulation (Python or R).
Experience with ETL/data pipeline tools (Alteryx, SSIS, Airflow, or Power BI dataflows) and understanding of data warehouses or data lakes.
Strong analytical mindset — hypothesis-driven analysis, statistical comfort (basic distributions, trends, correlation).
Proven ability to translate technical analysis into concise, business-focused insights and visual narratives.
Good stakeholder engagement experience — gathering requirements, explaining limitations, delivering to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to data quality, documentation and reproducibility.
Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio Process Intelligence) or log/event analysis.
