We are looking for a builder — not a manager — who can own the end-to-end architecture of a scalable Agentic AI product.

What You’ll Build & Lead

1. Product & Platform Architecture

• Design the core system architecture for a multi-agent AI platform (LLM, orchestration, context memory, API bridges).
• Define technical roadmap, infra blueprint, microservices layout, and data flow governance.
• Build for scale: multi-tenant, event-driven, hybrid cloud, real-time decisioning.

2. Multi-Agent AI Layer

• Work with LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, function-calling, memory graphs.
• Build agent-to-agent orchestration and control logic.
• Define how agents observe, decide, act, and learn — across marketing stacks like Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce, etc.

3. Backend & Data Engineering

• Lead backend engineering across Node.js, Python, PySpark, FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka etc.
• Build data ingestion, transformation, and decision pipelines.
• Architect integrations with third-party martech platforms.

4. Hands-On Technical Leadership

• Write production code. Review code. Design architecture. Prototype rapidly.
• Mentor a lean team of engineers (but no people-management bureaucracy).
• Own build quality, performance, reliability, and roadmap velocity.

Preferred Background

• 5–8 years of deep engineering experience (not management-only profile)
• Strong product-thinking mindset — has built platforms, not just components
• Prior startup / early-team exposure or genuine appetite for ownership
• Engineering degree from a top college (IIT/NIT/BITS) or equivalent experience in high-velocity teams
