We are currently seeking a MarTech Specialist to take ownership of implementing customer strategies using platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, and Amplitude to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled MarTech Specialist with expertise in customer engagement platforms and a solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing customer engagement strategies that focus on achieving measurable results and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and optimize Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to ensure seamless data integration and personalized marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with CMS platforms to enhance websites and landing pages for improved user experience, engagement, and conversions. - Drive customer engagement strategies across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, and Amplitude. - Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, analyze customer behavior, and design strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. - Design and implement advanced segmentation strategies to create personalized customer journeys that enhance engagement at every stage. - Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate data flow and leverage customer insights for effective marketing strategies. - Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with customer strategies and business goals. - Optimize websites and landing pages in collaboration with design and development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Provide technical leadership in integrating and troubleshooting martech platforms for data accuracy and performance monitoring. Requirements: - 3 - 7 years of experience in MarTech or a related role with a focus on customer strategy. - Hands-on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CMS platforms, and customer engagement platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, and Amplitude. - Proven track record in developing and executing customer strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. - Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies. - Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data. - Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in conveying marketing strategies and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
