As a Lead - Design at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your role is to shape and execute the architectural vision for airport projects, focusing on creating innovative, sustainable, and functional urban spaces aligned with strategic goals. Your responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, master planning, technical oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of design concepts. - Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance project aesthetics and functionality. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities. - Supervise and mentor junior architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address design-related challenges. - Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Education Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution. Preferred: B.
