Lead Architect

As an Architect at our company, you will be responsible for balancing creative design with technical execution to ensure precise delivery of all architectural aspects of our projects. Your role will involve concept development, detailed drawing preparation, coordination with consultants and site teams, and support in project execution from design to delivery. - Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. - Prepare management presentations and ensure clear design communication across teams. - Review and check drawings received from consultants; identify gaps and raise RFIs where required. - Coordinate with consultants, PMC, and site engineers to ensure alignment of designs and construction execution. - Issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings received from consultants to site teams after resolving design queries. - Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support budgeting and financial planning. - Participate in site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of structural, SMEP, and finishing elements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Masters preferred. - 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate, construction, or architecture firms. - Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. - Proven ability to manage both design-focused and execution-focused responsibilities. - Good knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and industry standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Effective communication and coordination skills for working with consultants, engineers, and PMC. This position reports to the Partner and involves coordination with Site Engineers, Consultants, PMC, and Engineering Teams. The job location is in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, and travel to project sites is required.
