Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Architectural design and coordination across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Deliver projects within scope, quality standards, and timelines.
Produce and review drawings, models, using Revit.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Oversee junior architects work
Coordinate with ASMEPF and external consultant to deliver the project
Support technical detailing, design development, and construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Responding to RFI/Submittals
Understanding of Specifications & BOQ
