Role Overview: Heads Up For Tails is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Technical Architect. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for system architecture and best practices across multiple product and platform teams. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, identifying architectural debt, promoting structured decision-making frameworks, fostering a culture of operational excellence through observability and automation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Designing system architecture and best practices across product and platform teams - Mentoring engineers and promoting structured decision-making frameworks - Fostering a culture of operational excellence through observability and automation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technology stack alignment with business objectives - Building foundational software supporting both product and platform teams Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles such as Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect, preferably in e-commerce - Hands-on experience with Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, GCP, and AWS - Prior experience with ERP software such as Odoo, ERPNext, or similar platforms - Experience with managing flutter-based applications - Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Deep understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL systems Additional Details: Heads Up For Tails is a prominent player in the pet care industry in India, recognized for its high-quality and innovative products.
