Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedLead Analyst - Marketplace Advertising to

join our innovative digital marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in planning,

executing, and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns on eCommerce &

Q-Commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, a

deep understanding of digital advertising, and a passion for driving measurable outcomes

that contribute directly to business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Advertising Expertise:

    Lead and specialize in advertising strategies across top marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms, optimizing performance for client accounts.
  • Team Leadership & Guidance:

    Provide expert direction to the marketplace team, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for scaling campaigns, improving efficiencies, and enhancing performance.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with Category Managers at key marketplaces, collaborating to generate valuable insights that drive client success and marketplace performance.
  • Trend & Sentiment Analysis:

    Stay ahead of marketplace advertising trends and sentiments, ensuring the implementation of the latest features and capabilities to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Client Retention & Growth:

    Focus on client retention and ongoing engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Management:

    Oversee and lead a high-performing marketplace media buying team, ensuring alignment with client objectives and consistent delivery of results.
  • Budget & Goal Management:

    Lead monthly budget planning and goal setting in line with the client’s overall business roadmap, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending.
  • Client Reviews & Strategy Meetings:

    Host weekly/bi-weekly client review meetings, ensuring the team creates insightful decks, highlights growth opportunities, and presents actionable plans for client performance improvement.
  • Daily Operations Coordination:

    Maintain close coordination with media buyers and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Key Performance Indicators:

    Drive performance with a sharp focus on

    Revenue

    and

    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

    as the primary KPIs for success.
  • Collaboration with Strategy Team:

    Partner with the Strategy team for pitches to prospective clients, providing valuable marketplace insights to support new business opportunities.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing advertising campaigns across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), as well as quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit).
  • Team Management:

    Proven leadership experience, having managed a team of at least 4 people for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Skills:

    Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to both clients and team members effectively.
