Job Description

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at our company, you will be responsible for managing the existing customer portfolio with a primary focus on driving growth in the current business. Your role will involve maintaining strong client relationships through regular interactions and meetings. Additionally, you will be tasked with cross-selling other products related to our business and increasing revenue numbers by securing additional business from both existing and new merchants. To excel in this role, you must have a successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. You should be committed to continuous learning and development through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Effective communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization are crucial for this position. As a KAM, you will be expected to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures a strong market presence. You will also be responsible for recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them will be essential. In this role, you will need to present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts to the management team. It is important to stay updated on emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status by tracking and analyzing the competition.
