Job Title: Lead Affiliate Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Affiliate Coordinator to oversee and drive the success of both our in-house and outreach affiliate teams. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, setting and tracking performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of affiliate partner engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a passion for affiliate marketing and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and supervise the affiliate marketing team, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure daily tasks and goals are met.
• Target Setting & Alignment: Establish clear performance targets for the team that align with broader organizational objectives, ensuring individual accountability and team success.
• Lead Allocation & Performance Monitoring: Distribute leads effectively among the in-house affiliate team and actively track the outreach team’s performance to maximize results.
• Affiliate Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging weekly training sessions to educate affiliate partners, boost motivation, and enhance productivity.
• Activity Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor affiliate partner activities regularly to ensure active participation and consistent performance. Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or team management roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with affiliate platforms or CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and affiliate best practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple affiliate programs simultaneously.
