Job Title: Academic Mentor Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized academic mentorship to students enrolled through Indian Edu Hub. Help students choose the right UG/PG programs based on their goals, background, and interests. Maintain regular contact with students and support them throughout their learning journey. Serve as the primary point of contact for students to resolve queries and offer motivation. Work closely with the counseling and support teams to ensure a smooth student experience. Keep detailed records of student interactions and progress. Share updates and guidance with students to help them stay on track with their studies. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada is a strong plus. Friendly, patient, and supportive approach to guiding students. Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with students. Comfortable using digital tools and managing multiple student interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates from counseling, mentorship, or teaching backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in academic mentoring or student support is a plus. Familiarity with India’s higher education system and online education platforms is desirable.
