About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate CG & GS Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, preparing study material, mentoring students, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for aspirants preparing for competitive examinations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lectures on General Studies & Current Affairs (History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Environment, Science & Tech, etc.) Prepare updated study materials, presentations, handouts, and test papers . Conduct mock tests, quizzes, and doubt-solving sessions . Ensure students stay updated with current affairs and exam-related news . Provide personal guidance and mentorship to aspirants for effective preparation. Collaborate with the academic team to design syllabus and course plans . Desired Candidate Profile: Strong command over General Studies & Current Affairs subjects. Prior teaching experience in UPSC/State PSC/SSC/Banking/Other Competitive Exams coaching preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding. Passion for teaching and student development. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field (History, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Geography, etc.). Candidates with competitive exam background (UPSC/State PSC cleared Mains/Interview) will be an added advantage.
