Job Summary:

Academic Class Teachers

As a mentor, you will provide academic support, ensure regular student engagement, and maintain close communication.

Your role will be crucial in tracking student progress, conducting PTMs, and helping students reach their full potential through personalized guidance and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily learning sessions and provide

  one-on-one mentoring

  to students.
• Track attendance, Test series submissions, and test results.
• Communicate regularly with students via

  calls, messages, and WhatsApp

  .
• Conduct

  monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

  and maintain updated student records.
• Collaborate with CSA faculty for academic feedback and issue resolution.
• Monitor student performance, identify learning gaps, and plan targeted improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate

  .

• 1–3 years

  of teaching or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with

  digital learning tools

  and online reporting platforms.
