Salary:

₹1.5 – 2.0 Lakh per month (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead PAUT and advanced ultrasonic testing projects across diverse sectors (oil & gas, power, fabrication, pipelines, etc.).
• Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of PAUT and TOFD equipment.

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in advanced NDT services.
• Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and technical clarifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning the company as a preferred NDT solutions partner.

Team Development & Mentoring

• Conduct internal skill development programs and certifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and reporting protocols.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all inspection outputs meet regulatory, client, and quality standards.
• Support the NDT quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits and maintain readiness for certifications.

Project Oversight

• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
• Allocate resources efficiently and troubleshoot technical challenges on-site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or NDT-related engineering.
• Minimum 8–12 years in NDT, with significant PAUT experience.
• Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and project management.

Skills:

• Expertise in PAUT, TOFD, and advanced UT techniques.
• Proficiency in PAUT software (OmniScan, Focus, UTStudio).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Business acumen with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
