Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Lead to manage and scale Saarthee’s Marketing Technology and Campaign Automation practice. This role will focus on end-to-end delivery and optimization of Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) solutions, leveraging Athena, SQL, and automation to drive data-driven marketing execution for global clients.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of Adobe Campaign Classic (Admin Console, Control Panel, Campaign Setup, Monitoring, and Omnichannel Campaigns).
  • Oversee Athena-based data workflows and integrations for campaign delivery.
  • Ensure campaign accuracy, delivery performance, and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal analytics teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in SQL, Python, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency and delivery through automation and monitoring tools.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and updates for client communication and leadership reviews.
  • Drive continuous monitoring, efficiency improvements, and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in campaign management, marketing automation, or Martech leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic, Athena, and SQL.
  • Basic proficiency in Python scripting for workflow automation.
  • Proven project management skills and experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills, confident and client-ready.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead delivery teams and manage complex implementation cycles.
