Job Description

The Lead Solution Engineer position at our company is a key role that involves collaborating with our esteemed Financial Services clients in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting innovative customer engagement strategies, showcasing the capabilities of Salesforce's platform, and translating complex business requirements into impactful solutions. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to create roadmaps and deliver transformational pitches that highlight the value of Salesforce. Your duties will revolve around various key responsibilities, such as understanding client needs through targeted discovery sessions, designing tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, demonstrating Salesforce capabilities through live demos and presentations, building clear customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions, supporting sales cycles with RFx responses and impactful demos, collaborating with Business and IT teams to uncover challenges and innovate solutions, guiding large enterprises on digital transformation leveraging Salesforce, and engaging in client meetings and workshops as necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of experience in IT, consulting, or technology sales/implementation. Proven experience in pre-sales or solution delivery within the Financial Services sector is crucial, along with the ability to develop and present customer journey maps, use case demos, and solutions aligned with industry needs. Additionally, a deep understanding of key metrics in the financial industry, customer engagement processes, and ROI justification is essential, along with expertise in cloud computing, CRM, marketing automation, and related technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as experience working with large enterprise clients and engaging at the C-level. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certifications (e.g., SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Financial Services Cloud) and prior experience as a Salesforce Solution or Sales Engineer in a CRM or similar tech environment.
