Role Overview: As a Solution Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in the sales cycle, providing thought leadership and developing solutions to enhance our customers" experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues, supporting the sales team, and translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. With your technical and sales expertise, you will showcase our product offerings, address objections, and instill confidence in our technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Own the technical sales cycle for the Automotive industry from start to close, ensuring customer success - Demonstrate our automotive solutions in alignment with customer challenges to secure deals - Familiarize yourself with differentiating Salesforce solutions for Automotive OEMs and Retailers in sales engagements - Contribute to defining and delivering automotive Go-To-Market messaging and assets for sales engagement - Establish Salesforces product as the optimal solution for unique challenges based on customer needs - Manage the relationship between the Solutions team, customers" technical team, and Sales Leadership - Demonstrate a strong curiosity for career growth, actively participating in internal training and mentorship programs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in a pre-sales role selling enterprise solutions - Proven track record of developing innovative customer solutions - Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong time management abilities in a dynamic team setting - Passionate about technology, with a knack for explaining ideas and engaging audiences - Experience with Salesforce Solutions is preferred - Familiarity with design-thinking workshops and hands-on knowledge of building AI solutions is a plus,
