Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs

  on service standards, POS operations, product & menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and hygiene/FSSAI compliance.
• Conduct

  on-the-job training (OJT)

  during both peak and non-peak hours, closely observing staff performance and giving real-time feedback.

• Develop, update, and maintain

  training manuals, SOPs, checklists, and evaluation sheets; ensure all training records are accurately maintained in Excel/PPT.

• Support new store launches

  by coordinating with recruitment, conducting staff orientations, and executing rollout training plans.

• Monitor staff performance

  through assessments, track training KPIs, and drive targeted improvement plans.
• Collaborate with

  Operations Managers

  to identify outlet-specific training needs and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Pre Requisites

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience

  in F&B/QSR training or store operations.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  ; confident speaking to large groups.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  QSR operations, POS systems, food safety, and hygiene protocols

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to

  travel across outlets

  and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
