Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager LCO at Airtel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer service within your territory. Your responsibilities will include engaging with LCO partners, increasing market share, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to foster business for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operations. **Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:** - Drive revenue growth by focusing on new & existing LCO partners and expanding the company's footprint. - Optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem through increased Below-The-Line (BTL) activities and effective coverage. - Ensure brand visibility through organized merchandising activities to drive customer acquisition. **Customer Experience:** - Implement processes to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with policies and processes by LCO partners for meeting customer SLAs. - Lead timely resolution of service requests and handle escalations effectively. **Stakeholder Management:** - Manage and expand LCO network through incentives and grievance redressal. - Form partnerships and provide training to LCO partners on product features and market positioning. - Implement active relationship management programs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. **People Management:** - Lead the territory team in updating their knowledge base and coordinating with other managers. - Manage the team responsible for installation, servicing, and repairs. - Conduct training sessions for team member development and foster strong connections across the organization. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Education: Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional) - Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in Telecom/FMCG sector You will interact with internal stakeholders like Zonal/Area Sales Managers and Field Sales Executives, as well as external stakeholders such as LCOs and Channel Partners. **Skills and Competencies:** **Technical Competencies:** - Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques - Basic knowledge of MS Office tools **Leadership and Behavioural Competencies:** - Problem-solving skills - Analytical skills - Effective communication skills - Interpersonal skills - Teamwork and collaboration - Result orientation - Customer obsession - Positive drive and energy Join Airtel as a Territory Sales Manager LCO and be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a significant impact in the telecommunications industry. #BeLimitless.,
