Role Overview: As a Credit Analyst at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to analyze the financial performance of companies, conduct credit risk assessments, and prepare rating reports. You will be expected to independently undertake rigorous credit risk analysis, maintain high-quality analytics, and manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay updated on market trends and eventually lead a team of Analysts/Senior Rating Analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the financial performance of companies, benchmark against peers, and project future performance - Independently conduct credit risk analysis, encompassing industry/business research and financial analysis of large corporates - Prepare rating reports that clearly articulate the rationale behind the rating - Ensure adherence to timelines, maintain high-quality analytics, and deliver insightful presentations - Manage client relationships, engage with key management personnel, and communicate final ratings effectively - Make presentations to the Rating Committee, respond to inquiries, and provide clarifications to support rating recommendations - Engage in franchise building activities such as Sectoral Press Releases, Webinar presentations, and Industry conferences - Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market trends Qualifications Required: - Graduated from a Tier 1 B-school with an excellent academic background - Possess 4-6 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment in a reputable organization - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
