Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining superior quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Candidate must have 3-4years of experience at least.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathe machines to produce parts as per specifications
• Set up and calibrate machinery for optimal performance
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or completion of a machinist apprenticeship program preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience operating manual lathes
• Solid understanding of machining techniques and metalworking principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
